We stand behind Dad Hands™ completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

How to request a refund

Contact us at hello@gripspan.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days of your request.

Conditions

Refunds are available for purchases made directly through gripspan.com. We reserve the right to limit refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us at hello@gripspan.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
